We’re a competitive, league-playing club in central London, welcoming higher intermediate and above players who thrive in a supportive and motivating environment. Our focus is on fostering progression and improvement for all members.
We’re based at the Queen Mother Sports Centre, Victoria, London, playing every Friday from 6pm-9pm.
We welcome enquiries from upper intermediate players and above. Unfortunately, we’re not an appropriate club for beginners. If you’re unsure whether you are of a suitable standard, see our checklist.
About us
Victoria Badminton Club was founded soon after the Queen Mother Sports Centre was opened in 1981.
The club consists of a diverse mix of adults of various ages and nationalities, some of whom are recent joiners and others who’ve been with the club for many years. We provide a friendly but competitive environment to enjoy your badminton and unwind at the end of the week.
We have around 40 members and an active social calendar including Christmas and summer events.
We currently have teams playing in the Hammersmith and Middlesex leagues.
